Who do you use for shipping orders?

We use USPS to ship orders. Shipping fees vary and are calculated at checkout.

Shipping for orders $100 and more is FREE! (does not apply to D.I.S Signature Line)

How often are orders shipped?

Orders are shipped 24 to 48 hours after the order is placed and payment is confirmed. (does not apply to D.I.S Signature Line)

When will my order be delivered?

Depending on your zone, delivery can be between 1 to 3 days from package acceptance. Normal shipping can average 2-7 days. D.I.S Signature Line items shipping & delivery will vary depending on production time and quantity ordered. Production times are stated on the item page. Shipping details will be provided upon production completion.

What payment types are accepted?

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal for all orders.

What do you do with my information?

Your information is collected to help us understand what you want, need, or prefer and to make sure you receive the service you deserve. Your information such as your name, email address and or phone number maybe provided to a marketing firm for marketing or promotional purposes ONLY. Your information will NEVER be sold or misused.

Do you have a Refund/Return Policy?

If there is a problem with your order please contact drippedinstylesshop@gmail.com within 7 days of the delivery date. After 7 days from delivery, no refunds, returns or exchanges will be accepted. If the item ordered is being returned it must be in the same condition as received. Store credit may be offered after the following is completed:

  • Detailed claim
  • Upload a picture for proof of claim
  • Please title the subject: ORDER# & date of purchase


Store credit for a return or damaged item will take 7-10 business days from the time you mail your order for the return or exchange to be processed. You will be notified via email once the return or exchange has been reviewed.

Can I place a custom order?

Yes, you may place a custom bonnet order by contacting drippedinstylesshop@gmail.com. Please state the type of bonnet, color and qty and someone will respond to you within 24 hours of receipt.
